As we reflect on the close of another year, I wanted to share a brief snapshot of our year-end real estate market. In 2025, inventory increased by an average of 20%, interest rates fluctuated only slightly, and price adjustments became more common. Together, these factors shifted the market into a "buyer's market". I truly believe that many of those buyers who were watching and waiting will move forward quickly and confidently as we move into 2026. The year ahead is expected to carry a different vibe, early indicators suggest improved interest rates, renewed consumer confidence, and we will see a more positive and active real estate market in our valley.
But today is really all about the magic of Christmas! This season carries a special feeling that fills our hearts. One full of love, generosity, and joy that seems to dance through our streets and homes. It's a time to slow down, unplug, and truly savor the moment. Christmas invites us to gather around the table, share meals, lots of laughter, deepen our faith, and enjoy beautiful quiet reflection. It reminds us of the true reason for the season and encourages us to hold close the many blessings we so often take for granted. We are richly blessed with faith that grounds us, family and friends who lift us up, and the gift of a Christmas spirit that can last all year long.
